THE BALANCE MUST BE PAID 7 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO SHIPPING OR PARTIAL DELIVERY OR WHEN YOU PICK YOUR PUPPY UP. OUR PUPPIES ARE REGISTERED WITH AKC. WE REQUIRE ALL PUPPIES TO HAVE FOREVER LOVING HOMES. OUR PUPPIES ARE SPOILED WITH LOVE. ALL BUYERS RECEIVE A HUGE PUPPY SUPPLY KIT WITH EVERYTHING YOUR NEW BABY LOVES! THIS IS A BINDING AGREEMENT
Definitions used herein include:
"BUYER" shall here in be defined as: _____________________________________
"BREEDER" shall herein be defined as: GORE SHELTIES, 572 Mc Bride Rd, Mansfield, Ohio 44905 (419) 589-4681
"PUPPY" shall herein be defined as: Shetland Sheepdog pet puppy, register-able with the American Kennel Club (AKC) without guarantee of show quality.
The PUPPY described above is being sold for the sum of ______________________ which includes a non refundable deposit of $200.00. This PUPPY has been vet checked and is in good health at the time of sale. The BREEDER’S veterinarian has determined the PUPPY to be in good health and of sound temperament. All appropriate shots for the PUPPY’S age have been given and a vaccination record has been provided to the BUYER. This puppy also embodies the characteristics of the Shetland Sheepdog Breed. The BREEDER will not assume any liability during shipping of the PUPPY for injury or illness. The BREEDER will not assume any liability for any injury or illness after delivery or pickup of the PUPPY. If the PUPPY has been sold at a reduced price, the BUYER agrees to spay/neuter the PUPPY by the age of 8 months. The PUPPY will also be sold without AKC registration papers if sold for a lesser amount than $600.00. No registration papers will be provided. The BREEDER has done everything possible to produce healthy puppies by raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, vitamin supplements, exercise, socialization and veterinary care. The BREEDER strongly suggests that the BUYER continues the use of NuVet Plus Vitamins. Information has been provided regarding NuVet Plus. The BREEDER does not guarantee size, weight, coat length or tipping of ears. The BREEDER does not guarantee the PUPPY will be show quality or breed-able. The BUYER assumes the responsibility to carry on with the required vaccines, exercise and socialization, MOST PARTICULARLY, the BUYER agrees to keep the puppy healthy throughout its normal growth period. The BREEDER will offer a 1 year health guarantee on the PUPPY if the health condition is a definite result of the breeding. No other guarantees are provided for the PUPPY once the care of the PUPPY is no longer under the control of the BREEDER. The BUYER may return the puppy to the BREEDER anytime during the PUPPY’S life however; there will be no refund. The BUYER agrees to maintain good health of the PUPPY during its lifetime. The BUYER agrees that if at any time the PUPPY is no longer able to live with the BUYER, the BREEDER will have the first choice to take the PUPPY back. The BREEDER always accepts their PUPPY/DOG back at anytime during the life of the PUPPY/DOG. The PUPPY should never be homeless or taken to a shelter THE PUPPY MUST BE RETURNED TO GORE SHELTIES if the BUYER is ever unable to care for the PUPPY for the life of the puppy no refund will be given if the BUYER is unable to care for the PUPPY. The Buyer agrees to provide a suitable area for the PUPPY. The BREEDER neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, other than those written in the agreement including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the BREEDER and the BUYER with respect to this sale. BREEDER and BUYER agree to the terms of this Contract and understand that by making payment thru Money Order, Western Union, Personal Check (Pup will be held until check clears), Or with Cash the Buyer makes this Contract Binding and accepts all terms and conditions.
